Entry Deadline: Monday May 17, 2010

$45.00 per player - $180.00 per team - includes cart & green fees

Lunch will be provided from 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM - Prior to Play

Club Requirements: Shirts with Collars, No Metal Spikes

Awards will be immediately following play

Mulligans - $5.00 each - limit two per player

(Mulligans cannot be used on Hole-In-One, Closest to Pin, or Longest Drive contest)

Hole Sponsors - $100.00 (Your sign on tee)
